The idea behind the daily menu is to enable our Chef Mauro Zandel to prepare dishes from local and daily fresh ingredients with the help of the guest who guides the Chef in terms of dish preparation, for instance, whether such a dish will be a fish, or meat dish or a vegetarian dish.

The exciting experience of fine dining in the interpretation of our Chef Mauro Zandel and will provide you with a completely new look on food. It is designed as a gastronomic experience accompanied by food in sequence, and it lasts for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
